Click to enlargeClick to enlargeLearning about the natural world: from classroom lectures and laboratories in Clinton, South Carolina, to diving along the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, to hiking into the depths of the Grand Canyon in Arizona, and even walking amongst the blue-footed boobies and giant tortoises on the Galapagos Islands. Biology majors at Presbyterian College get more than just a "book" introduction to the variety of life that can be seen in the world around us. They learn about life itself in a hands-on, close-up manner. They are a part of a curriculum that enhances their perceptions of the natural world by observing it in a myriad of ways.

Lassiter Hall is Open!!!

Click to enlargeClick to enlargeUPDATE!! We are in!!! Since about mid-January, the Biology faculty having been slowly moving into Lassiter Hall. We now have classes and labs up and running, and some faculty have their offices moved over. There is even research going on in the student-dedicated research areas!!!
